Siddam movie in the direction of JD Chakravarthy is an average movie overall. This movie is a clear remake of "Ab Tak Chappan " in Hindi. Nana Patekar was the lead in that movie. Jagapathi Babu in Siddam done the role of Nana Patekar.After hit(above average) of Homam the combo Jagapathi Babu and JD chakravarthy could not meet the expectations of audience.

Jagapathi Babu plays the role of cop and kills all the anti social elements in the society .He calls them "CLEANING THE SOCIETY" in his terms . He justifies them in his own way and kills quite a number of people.Most of the movie goes this way and the love track is also well handled.Going in this path he loses many in life.He will lose Sindhu Menon and peace. He takes revenge on the enemies thats how the movie goes.

The movie gave least importance to songs and entertainment and is clearly action oriented one.Sindhu is well presented and their romance looked good on screen.

Overall this is a movie for action and police story overs and JD chakri is up to the mark.The movie depends on how the mass audience recieve it.
